Griffin O’Neal is in police crosshairs again.

A San Diego judge issued a bench warrant on Thursday for the arrest of actor Ryan O’Neal’s oldest son after he was MIA at a sentencing hearing in his DUI and weapons case.

No word on his current whereabouts.

Per the San Diego Union-Tribune, Superior Court Judge Eugenia Eyherabide granted a request for a $100,000 bench warrant after the former “Escape Artist” star failed to appear and learn his fate stemming from his August head-on crash in San Pasqual, Calif.

Meanwhile, rumors swirled that Meloni’s on-screen partner, Mariska Hargitay, would be reducing her time with the series to spend more time with her family and new adopted daughter.

WASHINGTON — Actor Mickey Rooney told Congress on Wednesday that he was left powerless by a family member who took and misused his money.

“I felt trapped, scared, used and frustrated,” Rooney told a special Senate committee considering legislation to curb abuses of senior citizens. “But above all, when a man feels helpless, it’s terrible.”

LOS ANGELES – A judge has granted Mickey Rooney a temporary restraining order from his stepson, who is accused in court filings of withholding food and medicine from the veteran actor and meddling in his personal finances.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Reva Goetz approved the stay-away order on Monday after attorneys for Rooney sought protection for the Academy Award-nominated actor, claiming he lives in fear of stepson Chris Aber.

The order requires Aber to stay 100 yards away from Rooney and his home and to refrain from contacting the actor until a hearing on Feb. 24, when the restraining order may be extended.

BOSTON – The Massachusetts attorney general’s office has ordered comedian Dane Cook’s half brother and sister-in-law to pay $12 million in restitution after they pleaded guilty to stealing from him.

Darryl and Erika McCauley of Wilmington were accused of embezzling millions from Cook while Darryl McCauley was working as Cook’s business manager.

Darryl McCauley was sentenced in October to five to six years in prison on charges including 27 counts of larceny. His wife was sentenced to 2 1/2 to three years in prison on charges including two counts of larceny.

LOS ANGELES — Billy Ray Cyrus and his wife Tish, the parents of teenage pop star Miley Cyrus, have filed for divorce in Tennessee after 17 years of marriage, the pair told People magazine on Wednesday.

(CNN) — Talk show host Oprah Winfrey on Monday said she was not satisfied with the acquittal of a woman accused of abusing students at the her South African girls school.

Tiny Virginia Makopo, 30, was found not guilty of allegations that she improperly touched several teenage girls when she was a matron at the campus near Johannesburg soon after it opened in 2007, the South African Press Association reported Monday.

“We began this child molestation trial in July 2008,” Winfrey said in a written statement. “More than two years later, I am profoundly disappointed at the outcome of the trial.”

NEW YORK — Larry Hagman, the actor who played the villainous J.R. Ewing in the 1980s TV show “Dallas,” has won his case that he was victimized by Citigroup Inc, and the bank was ordered to pay over $11 million in damages.

The total award includes $10 million in punitive damages that Citi must pay to charities selected by Hagman, $1.1 million in compensatory damages and nearly $440,000 in legal fees.

Hagman, who also played astronaut Anthony Nelson in “I Dream of Jeannie” in the 1960s TV show, had requested $1.35 million in damages. He could not be reached for comment.
