(PEOPLE.com) — In the aftermath of the alleged ransacking of the Manhattan apartment they shared, Jon Gosselin and ex-girlfriend Hailey Glassman continue to fling accusations at each other — via their lawyers.
On Monday, Gosselin’s attorney Mark Jay Heller told RadarOnline.com, “Hailey Glassman is going to jail, it’s as simple as that.” Now Glassman’s camp — who called the incident a publicity stunt — is firing back.
“For an attorney to go out there and say someone’s going to jail when they’re not even arrested — that’s just irresponsible,” Glassman’ lawyer Stephanie Ovadia tells PEOPLE. “That is the most ludicrous, ridiculous, unnecessary statement I have ever in my life heard.”

ROCKVILLE, Md. – A Maryland judge is ruling in the dispute between Jon Gosselin and the TLC network that the father must stop making media appearances that are at odds with his contract.
Montgomery County Circuit Judge Michael D. Mason ruled Thursday following a one-day hearing.
TLC Chief Operating Officer Edward Sabin testified that Gosselin made unauthorized appearances and endorsements. In particular, he mentioned a pool party that Gosselin hosted at the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas. Sabin says photos from the event were at odds with the wholesome image of the show, “Jon & Kate Plus 8.”

(People.com) — It may come down to a tale of the videotape.
A publicist for Mike Tyson said the former boxing champ was merely defending his wife and 10-month-old child after an altercation with an overaggressive photographer at LAX on Wednesday.
“Mike acted in self-defense as a father protecting his child,” said Tyson’s spokeswoman Tammy Brook.
However, photographer Tony Echevarria, 50, said in video interview posted on TMZ.com that he “wasn’t aggressive, I was shooting from a distance, and I was respectful.” He indicated that his videotape should back up his story.

(PEOPLE.com) — In the latest skirmish in his war with TLC, Jon Gosselin has filed a $5 million claim against the network, saying its representatives damaged his reputation and career by preventing him from working with other media outlets.
In the suit, the reality star dad claims that the network contacted various media outlets he’d been in touch with to persuade them to stop dealing with him.
“Their behavior has caused Jon great anguish and it has caused him financial losses,” said his attorney, Mark Heller, who maintains Gosselin did not have an attorney or a manager present when he signed the contract for “Jon and Kate Plus Eight” with TLC last year.
People.com: Levi Johnston calls Jon Gosselin a ‘good guy’
“They had a cadre of lawyers so they had a one-sided agreement,” added Heller.
